We Are Hiring – Data Center IT Infrastructure Operations Lead / Consultant

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to support the establishment and operational build-up of a Data Center IT Infrastructure Maintenance Operations team for an enterprise customer environment.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with strong experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure maintenance governance, service delivery management, and operational process development.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Preferred

• Experience in building, managing, or scaling Data Center IT Infrastructure Maintenance teams
• Ability to understand customer operational requirements and provide practical consultation, operational recommendations, and service-oriented solutions
• Familiarity with operational governance and documentation frameworks including SOP / MOP / EOP / CAB processes
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure maintenance operations, escalation management, operational workflows, and process improvement
• Experience in service delivery management, maintenance support environments, and operational coordination
• Ability to work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and multiple vendors within a fast-paced operational environment
