JOB DESCRIPTION

• Delivery of core tasks for complex and nonstandard deals and contracts
• Administration and process management
• Represent Deal and Contract Assist (DCA) on defined sales calls.
• Manage and resolve field escalations and internal elevations
• Develop deep knowledge and subject matter
• expertise in Area-specific contract requirements
• Participate in UAT

Qualification

o Third level degree in Business or IT related areas, or

• Equivalent experience working in a relevant operations or sales environment (such as sales operations or contract management)
• Fluency in English
• Language Proficiency
• Traditional & Simplified Chinese
• Productivity and Communication
• Excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
• Experience of working in an international business environment.
• Excellent seller-facing communication and engagement skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to policies and processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues arising during delivery of the service.
• Ability to deliver insights through analytics
