DDI Engineer

DDI Engineer requires an individual to be able to understand DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) needs, select the appropriate products and develop the appropriate processes to meet those needs, and certify the solutions for deployment in production environment.

Design, develop, document, test and deploy DDI capabilities in on-prem and cloud-based environments.

Provide engineering and technical support for DDI hosting solutions.

Lead/maintain lifecycle management DDI technologies.

Lead business to move toward cloud journey as an ideal solution to improve business performance and add value

Provide technical consulting and understand any current or ongoing problems and pain points within customer organizations.

Develop Automation/AI

Operation support:

Monitoring DDI alerts

Investigate and respond to DDI incidents, including root cause analysis and remediation

Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with best practices

Implement changes and maintain DDI infrastructure

Maintain and update documentation related to DDI operations

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, or a related field

Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are highly desirable

Experience in DDI. Routing & Switching skills are a plus

Strong knowledge of network protocols, DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (DDI)

Familiar with Infoblox

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills
