Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within either (Johor,Kedah or Terrenganu) region by expanding our B2B dealership network and ensuring our partners receive top-tier commercial support. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new dealers, and managing existing accounts to maximize market share in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer Acquisition & Development:

    • Proactively identify and recruit new potential dealers within the Southern region to expand the company's footprint.

    • Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective dealers regarding product specifications and partnership benefits.

  • Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Johor dealers, addressing inquiries related to stock availability and pricing.

    • Regularly visit dealerships to provide support, monitor performance, and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction.

  • Sales & Order Management:

    • Drive sales targets by processing dealer orders accurately and efficiently.

    • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of motorcycles and spare parts to dealers in the southern region.

  • Market Intelligence & Technical Consultation:

    • Stay up-to-date on competitor movements, pricing, and motorcycle market trends in Johor.

    • Offer basic technical consultations to dealers to assist them in identifying the correct spare parts and product features for their customers.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, sales performance, and regional inventory.

    • Generate necessary sales documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and monthly regional reports.



  • Requirements

    • Experience: Preferably at least 1 or more years of relevant experience in sales or the automotive industry.

    • Product Knowledge: Possess basic knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and automotive specifications.

    • Language Skills: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to communicate with diverse dealer networks effectively.

    • Technical Skills: Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Excel; experience with Shopee & Lazada platforms is an added advantage.

    • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term business relationships.

    • Attitude: Highly motivated hunter mindset with a good attitude and the ability to work independently in the Johor region.
