Job Description
- Drive new business development through dealer, distributor, stockist, retail, and OEM channels.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, hardware outlets, carpenters, and contractor networks.
- Achieve sales targets and market share objectives across West Malaysia.
- Develop and execute channel sales and market expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Lead customer retention and account growth initiatives to maximise profitability.
- Manage demand forecasting and collaborate with operations to ensure stock availability.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while providing regular business performance reports.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience within building materials or related industries.
- Proven success managing dealer, distributor, and channel sales networks.
- Strong network among dealers, retailers, hardware stores, contractors, and carpenters.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and deliver growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Highly entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
