Delivery Coordinator (Subtitling)

Position: Delivery Coordinator (Subtitling) – Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Up to RM2,850

Location: Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Working hours: Monday – Saturday; 7am – 7pm, 7pm - 7am (4 working days, 12 hour shift)

Requirements:

• Good English communication

• Fresh grads (Diploma/Degree) can apply

• Experience in subtitling/translation is an advantage

• SPM holders must have relevant experience

Job Scope:

• Work closely with the team to ensure tasks are completed on time and with good quality

• Update and maintain assignment records and databases

• Collect files from vendors/freelancers and follow up on delayed submissions

• Check file quality, prepare deliverables, and send them to clients

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Support, Client Managers, Language Team, and Finance

• Assist in training team members on workflows to support backup coverage during leave or absences
