Job Description

  • Drive incident and outage management, ensuring timely investigation and restoration.
  • Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
  • Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes within production environments.
  • Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Required:

  • Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management
  • Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Maanagement
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of studies
