A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Delivery Lead to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.
Your new role
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Product Team.
- Facilitate collaboration and align requirements with solution design.
- Maintain technical documentation in Azure DevOps.
- Support troubleshooting and smooth solution implementation.
- Promote continuous improvement and agile ways of working.
- Lead productive meetings and foster open communication.
- Align priorities, report performance, and simplify complex topics.
- Mentor and coach for effective collaboration and delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in agile ways of working and team leadership (Scrum Master certification is a plus)
- Work experience within Digital teams and jobs.
- Experience in internal or external stakeholder management.
- Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and solution.
- Leadership experience within Agile organisations and Agile backlog management.
- Good at analytical thinking, problem-solving, process and workflow analysis and modelling.
- Excellence in communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in documentation to maintain technical documentation and coordination.
- Good understanding of Solution Design/ Architecture Diagrams and aligning technical requirements.
