Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Delivery & Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery operations of large appliances (air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, and other white goods). This role ensures seamless order fulfillment, logistics provider management, inventory control, and continuous improvement of delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Delivery Execution: Manage the full delivery cycle from order matching, payment confirmation, warehouse dispatch, to final-mile delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Logistics Provider Management: Oversee outsourced logistics partners, define delivery standards and SLAs, monitor key metrics (on-time delivery, damage rate, complaint rate), and drive service quality improvements.
- Inventory & PSI Management: Manage warehouse product supply and inventory (PSI), monitor stock levels, balance supply-demand, and minimize risks of stockouts or dead stock.
- Cost Optimization: Track delivery load factors, analyze address dispersion impact, and implement route optimization and consolidated delivery initiatives to reduce per-unit costs.
- Exception Handling: Establish rapid response mechanisms for delivery delays, damages, and rejections; coordinate with logistics providers to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
- Data Reporting: Prepare regular KPI reports (on-time delivery rate, load factor, exception rate, complaint rate), identify bottlenecks, and drive SOP improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Warehousing, Planning, and After-Sales teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely information sharing.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with mandatory experience in large appliance/white goods delivery.
- Proven expertise in logistics provider management and familiarity with local logistics systems and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with high execution standards.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; English proficiency required, Chinese preferred.
- Solid understanding of supply chain regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Data-driven mindset; proficiency in AI tools for business analysis and reporting.
