Delivery & Program Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Health Insurance business and technology projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, track milestones, and resolve delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks, reporting standards, KPIs, and executive status reporting.
Stakeholder & Business Management
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, Health Insurance stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, governance meetings, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with business teams to define requirements, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
Health Insurance & Digital Transformation
• Lead initiatives across Health Insurance domains including policy administration, underwriting, claims, provider integration, and customer servicing.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives through technology modernization, workflow automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Partner with architecture and technology teams to deliver innovative digital capabilities and business value.
Risk, Financial & Quality Management
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies through effective RAID management and mitigation planning.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and financial tracking to ensure cost control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal governance standards, and project quality expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement through quality reviews, audits, and delivery best practices.
