Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of insurance domain projects, with a strong focus on operations (preferably claims) and Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage overall project delivery across multiple programs and teams.
• Ensure successful planning, execution, tracking, and closure of projects.
• Coordinate closely with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance, and escalation management.
• Ensure delivery quality, adherence to standards, and achievement of business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1015 years of experience in Delivery / Project Management roles.
• Strong experience in the Insurance domain, with operations exposure (claims preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations.
• Proven expertise in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
