Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Delivery Lead Data Governance to manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects and ensure enterprise-wide data governance practices are embedded across solutions. The role involves driving profitability, ensuring delivery excellence, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to manage scope, risk, and compliance. The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technology delivery and data governance, actively contributing to team discussions and providing effective solutions to business and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data-related projects using Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) and enterprise frameworks.
• Define and implement data governance strategies, including policies, standards, and controls to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to identify risks in both project delivery and data governance, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives while adhering to governance principles.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery efficiency and optimize data lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for delivery quality, cost efficiency, and governance maturity.
• Support sales and business growth initiatives through innovative solutions and governance-driven delivery excellence.
• Actively contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to technology, process, and governance-related challenges.
