Responsible for end-to-end IT operations (BAU) and delivery execution across international entities, ensuring stable, compliant, and cost-effective IT services while supporting key business and regulatory initiatives.

IT Operations (Primary Focus)
- Own service availability, SLA/KPI performance, and system stability
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management
- Drive service governance and monthly reporting
- Ensure audit, risk, and regulatory compliance
- Manage infrastructure health, DR readiness, and business continuity
- Oversee vendor performance and SLA compliance
IT Delivery
- Deliver regulatory, upgrade, and transformation initiatives
- Manage scope, timeline, cost, and risks
- Ensure smooth handover from project to BAU operations
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage vendors, contracts, and renewals
- Monitor and optimize IT budget and cost performance
Stakeholder Management
- Act as bridge between Group IT and country OUs
- Drive alignment across business, IT, and vendors
Key Requirements
- 10+ years IT experience (banking preferred)
- Proven operations (BAU) ownership – SLA, incidents, uptime
- Experience in audit/compliance and vendor management
- Exposure to core banking / critical systems
- Strong multi-country stakeholder management
