DEMQRA Technician

Responsibilities and Task

• Perform visual inspection, eFA with functional & system level testing. Test bulk units at manufacturing floor.
• Perform mechanical depop, re-ball of component.
• Maintain 6S, quarterly unit count without unit missing.
• Collect shipment, prepare, sort the rejects receive from customer return.
• Scrap and retention of units.
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules
• Support engineer/manager request as when required

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic, Quality Assurance or equivalent courses.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, words, outlook, power point.
• Able work independently and less job supervision
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets in tight schedule with limited resources
• Strong communication skills and coordinating abilities to work across various functional team
• Good and positive interpersonal skills and growth mindset
