Responsible and ensure patient appointments are arranged and managed accordingly as prescribed in the clinic SOP.
To provide friendly customer service
Ensure that the locum doctor on duty is informed of the time of replacement duty as early as possible.
Explain to patients regarding medications and charges and complete treatment records and payments.
To carry out promotional and sales of clinic services and products as directed by the Company from time to time
Prepare and pack items for treatment as directed in SOP autoclave, treatment equipment and so on.
Ensure all treatment equipment is functioning appropriately. A preliminary report should be made in case of any damage.
Assist the doctor during treatment such as, calming the patient and handing out treatment equipment when requested.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in any field or STPM or SPM
Those without experience but are looking to make a career change and are interested in learning the field are also welcomed to apply and training will be given on the job.
Good work ethic, hardworking, caring and a willing to learn attitude
Ability to speak English will be an added advantage
Must be quick, efficient, and proactive in carrying out tasks. This is a fast-paced job role and daily work must be completed within the very same day.
Must value teamwork and be able to work together with your colleagues to ensure our daily workflow is seamless.
Must be able to work onsite (there is no option for a work from home scenario)
Prior experience in the dental industry would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Training will be provided to the right candidate regardless of prior experience
