The Chandler Governance Group (CGG) is looking for a Deputy Director to join our Government Projects team.
The Deputy Director supports the Director (Government Projects) in designing and delivering strong advisory projects and high-quality policy work. The candidate owns the delivery of assigned projects, leads the policy and advisory work they require, and helps the Director manage the team, adjuncts, and expert network.
A secondary, supporting role is to help convert opportunities into strong, context-sensitive proposals and well-designed projects. The candidate should also be comfortable in business development and credible with clients and funders.
The right candidate brings a strong foundation in public policy, government administration, political economy, and business judgement.

CGG adopts a hybrid working arrangement which allows for a mix of in-office work and telecommuting, either from Singapore or other countries.
