Job Description:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (e.g., production, planning, process, equipment & industrial engineering).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost control, and productivity.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational targets are met.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams and managers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Optimize workflows, systems, and processes to support scalability.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
- Possess 10–15 years of experience in operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices, lean manufacturing, or process improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
