Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the organization's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives. This role drives operational strategy, optimizes processes, and leads cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and sustainable growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (e.g., production, planning, process, equipment & industrial engineering).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost control, and productivity.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational targets are met.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams and managers.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Optimize workflows, systems, and processes to support scalability.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
  • Possess 10–15 years of experience in operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices, lean manufacturing, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
