We are a well-established property developer seeking a highly experienced Deputy GM – Credit & Sales Administration to lead credit control and sales administration functions, ensuring effective risk management and smooth end-to-end sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing day to day operation of credit & sales administration functions to ensure smooth, efficient and compliant transaction processing in the property development business.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment collections and manage credit exposure.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams on default cases, collections and legal recovery actions.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments including Project, Sales, and Property Management on operational matters, defect rectification, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and coordinate SPA execution, loan arrangements, progressive billing collections and documentation, VP handover, strata title issuance and loan disbursement progress.
- Coordinate with lawyers, bankers and internal departments to ensure documentation compliance and completeness.
- Manage the issuance of invoices, receipts and statements to buyers.
- To attend to purchaser enquiries/complaints.
- Prepare collection report.
- Perform any other relevant ad hoc tasks or assignments as delegated by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, specifically in Credit & Sales Administration in the property development industry.
- Strong knowledge of property sales cycles, SPA processes and relevant legal documentation.
- Ability to liaise and corresponding with lawyers, bankers and purchasers on matter related to sales admin activities.
- Familiar with IFCA D'Developer system and Excel spreadsheet.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
