Job Description

We are a well-established property developer seeking a highly experienced Deputy GM – Credit & Sales Administration to lead credit control and sales administration functions, ensuring effective risk management and smooth end-to-end sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing day to day operation of credit & sales administration functions to ensure smooth, efficient and compliant transaction processing in the property development business.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment collections and manage credit exposure.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams on default cases, collections and legal recovery actions.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments including Project, Sales, and Property Management on operational matters, defect rectification, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage and coordinate SPA execution, loan arrangements, progressive billing collections and documentation, VP handover, strata title issuance and loan disbursement progress.
  • Coordinate with lawyers, bankers and internal departments to ensure documentation compliance and completeness.
  • Manage the issuance of invoices, receipts and statements to buyers.
  • To attend to purchaser enquiries/complaints.
  • Prepare collection report.
  • Perform any other relevant ad hoc tasks or assignments as delegated by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, specifically in Credit & Sales Administration in the property development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property sales cycles, SPA processes and relevant legal documentation.
  • Ability to liaise and corresponding with lawyers, bankers and purchasers on matter related to sales admin activities.
  • Familiar with IFCA D'Developer system and Excel spreadsheet.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
