Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for electrical and electronics equipment, photonics, and industrial automation solutions across industrial and education sectors to achieve Company growth objectives.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts, system integrators, partners, and strategic customers.
Establish sales targets, KPIs, and action plans for the sales team, monitor performance, and drive effective pipeline management, forecasting, and timely opportunity conversion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, principals, and industry partners to enhance market penetration, customer retention, and long-term business growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for product positioning and market expansion.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in Test and Measurement or Photonics products.
Experience working in a distributor or channel-based business environment, with a strong understanding of principal, distributor, and customer relationship management.
Proven experience in leading, supervising, and developing sales teams or staff members.
Track record in sales management, business development, key account management, and achieving sales targets.
Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possession of own transportation (car) and willingness to travel outstation.
