Job Description

As the Deputy Head / Associate Director, Property Management, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Assist the Head of Department in overseeing the overall Property Management operations of the Company.
  • Lead, manage, and support the Property Management team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Property Managers and site teams.
  • Oversee the management of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and stratified developments.
  • Monitor operational budgets, financial performance, and ensure proper maintenance of records and compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs), developers, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with the Strata Management Act, relevant regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Represent the Company professionally during meetings, client engagements, and industry-related matters.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or Head of Department from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in property management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
  • Registered Property Manager (PM) and/or Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
  • Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-development properties.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to drive operational improvements and business growth.
  • Highly organised, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
