Deputy Head of Finance & Fund Administration

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee and review the overall management and operations of finance, fund accounting and fund operation functions
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Review relevant risk management reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks, accounting standards and internal policies
• Maintain good rapport with auditor, tax agent and other stakeholders

Job requirements:

• ACCA/CPA/Degree in Accountancy or other related fields
• At least 20 years of working experience in the relevant field, including a minimum of 10 years in the financial industry
• Working experience in the asset management industry will be an added advantage
• Proven leadership of mid-to-large teams with strong people management skills
• Possess strong knowledge of accounting, tax regulations and financial reporting standards
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, valuation and fund accounting processes
