Responsible to support Retail Academy Manager in ensuring administrative training matters for RHB bank are properly managed, ensuring training matters for RHB is aligned with all regulatory and compliance requirement, and developing competency and skill sets for RHB to perform family retail business sales and marketing effectively, efficiently, ethically, and professionally.
Job Description
- Perform full spectrum of training functions for relevant business units; Skill Enhancement, Productivity Acceleration & Professional Advancement involving training needs analysis, design the program, develop new program and/or modify existing program, implement the program and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.
- Actively engaged with relevant business units in need analysis and work closely with various business units to improve key results areas and material to the organization.
- Develop and deliver a complete program including slides, session plan, trainer&aposs notes, participants hand-out, training evaluation forms and sales tool.
- Provide training calendar to relevant business units with effective scheduling.
- Periodically review program for continuous improvement in line with business needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and adhere training guidelines, policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) and roadmap.
- Ensure the relevant training-related regulatory requirements are met and provide monitoring report and updates to relevant business units to ensure compliance and adherence to training-related regulatory requirements.
- Identify and groom talent within business unit to ensure succession planning and any other assignments that may be assigned by management
Qualifications / Requirements
- A degree majoring in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Science or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years training or sales experience in a similar capacity in takaful and/or life insurance industry. Experience in general insurance and other financial services industry or training industry will have added advantage.
