Design Architect

Position : Design Architect

Status              : 6 months probation Under PERSOLKELLY and will be absorbed under company if fits for the role.

Location          : Senai, Johor.

Background : Architecture Firm.

Working Days  : Monday - Friday

Working Hours : 9 am – 6 pm

Salary              : up to RM7k

Cut Off and Pay Out : cut off end of the month, payout every 7th

Benefits            : Medical Great Eastern insurance

Entitlements     : EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave and others leave entitlement based on Employment Act.

Requirement:

-Degree in Architecture or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design.

-Experience in industrial projects is an advantage.

-Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept development.

-Proficient in SketchUp / Revit / Rhino / Adobe Suite.

-Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills.

-Good understanding of local regulations (e.g. UBBL).

-Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Responsibility:

-Lead concept design and spatial planning for industrial projects

-Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders

-Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with project objectives

-Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients

-Translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions

-Oversee design development from concept to construction stage

-Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and guidelines

-Provide design support throughout project lifecycle
