Design Architect

Job Summary

We're looking for a Design Architect who loves turning ideas into built reality. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working on high-profile architectural projects from early design through delivery shaping strong concepts, refining details, and bringing design intent to life.

This role is for someone who enjoys design thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork. You'll create innovative architectural designs, collaborate closely with project teams, and navigate real-world constraints from client briefs to local approvals without losing the design vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept design, design development, and project delivery
• Develop design proposals responding to brief, site, client needs, and regulations
• Collaborate with consultants and project teams to maintain design intent
• Prepare design & technical drawings and submission packages
• Support site coordination and resolve design-related issues
• Integrate sustainable design strategies where applicable
• Support and guide junior designers when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years experience
• LAM Part II qualification (professional registration is a plus)
• Strong design skills in Rhino / SketchUp (Revit & Grasshopper a plus)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Good understanding of local regulations and construction
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in English (Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus)
