Job Description

  • Create and design various print and digital collateral, including layouts, visual elements, and mockups.
  • Develop innovative designs that support business goals across a wide range of projects and media.
  • Participate in planning and strategy discussions, offering creative input and feedback.
  • Work closely with managers to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, organizational standards, and accurately represent the company or clients.
  • Collaborate with the team or work independently to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure all final graphics align with brand requirements and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, evolving tools, and current design trends.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Diploma (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Art, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Experience with the design thinking process and working in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital design best practices and visual design principles.
  • Excellent visual sensibility with a strong eye for composition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating a wide breadth of design capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design.
  • Good problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
