Overview
We're hiring a
Mid-Level Designer who brings strong craft and independent thinking to the table. We're looking for designers with portfolios that show
real design fundamentals—typography, layout, illustration, identity work, and strong composition. It doesn't have to be ads or campaigns. We care more about
taste, design logic, and art direction sensibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead design execution on projects across brand identity, digital, social, print, and integrated deliverables.
- Translate creative direction and briefs into strong visual systems, key visuals, layouts, and brand assets.
- Create and refine typography-led layouts, moodboards, styleframes, and design explorations.
- Own the design process from concept through final delivery:
- exploration → iteration → polishing → final artwork
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategy, and Account teams.
- Ensure consistency across formats, while adapting work for different platforms and audiences.
- Guide junior designers with constructive feedback and day-to-day craft support (when needed).
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of design experience in agency, studio, or in-house creative teams.
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates:
- Strong design eye and taste
- Typography mastery (hierarchy, rhythm, grid, spacing)
- Brand/identity thinking (or illustration-led thinking—either is fine)
- Ability to build cohesive visual systems and maintain craft across adaptations
- Strong execution quality and attention to detail Campaigns are a bonus, not a requirement.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable with Figma.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting design rationale.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Nice to have (not mandatory)
- Motion design skills (After Effects) or video-editing awareness.
- Experience creating identity systems, guidelines, or modular design frameworks.
- Knowledge of production specs for print and digital outputs.
