Description

We are seeking an experienced Desk Manager to oversee the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, along with proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations at the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
