Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating schedules and assignments for drivers or service technicians.
  • Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
  • Monitoring routes and providing support or updates as needed.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with geographical areas and navigation tools.
