Job Responsibilities
Project Planning & Initiation
Develop detailed project schedules and timelines
Establish project budgets and allocate resources effectively
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
Design & Development
Work closely with architects, engineers and quantity surveyors to develop project plans
Review design proposals to ensure compliance with specifications and building codes
Manage and coordinate design changes, revisions and design-related issues
Construction Management
Monitor construction progress against the approved project schedule
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve site issues
Manage quality control and ensure adherence to construction standards and company procedures
Budget & Cost Management
Track project expenses and expenditures against the approved budget
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage cost variations/VOs
Assist in reviewing claims and coordinating with the commercial/QS team where required
Proven project management experience in the construction and/or property development industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders (consultants, contractors, authorities, internal teams)
Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, coordinate and motivate project teams
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
Academic qualification: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (or related field)
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage
