Job Description

Job Responsibility

Conduct market research to find potential car detailing service providers in target regions.
Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify business growth opportunities.
Prospect potential merchants via online searches, industry events, and partnerships.
Initiate contact with potential merchants using cold-calling, email outreach, etc.
Guide merchants through the onboarding process and provide necessary support.
Coordinate with internal teams for merchant training and assistance.
Act as the main point of contact for merchants, addressing inquiries and issues.
Build strong relationships with merchants to enhance their platform experience.
Collaborate with sales team on effective strategies for revenue growth.
Monitor merchant performance and recommend improvements for revenue optimization.
Work with marketing team on promotional campaigns and customer engagement.
Assist merchants in optimizing their profiles to attract more customers.
Gather merchant feedback for platform improvement and development.
Generate regular reports on merchant acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis for strategy enhancement.
Evaluate marketing campaigns and revise as needed for maximum ROI.
Support various teams in developing and implementing promotional campaigns.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher education.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong leadership, responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proactive, self-driven, independent, with strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
