With your DevOps expertise and experience you'll help us to deliver a great service needed for DHL's business. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop both
operational support expertise and software engineering skills, with expect an end to end life cycle in all phases of the lifecycle, starting from analysis, design, through development, quality assurance up to operational support.
As part of an Agile team, you will provide
2nd and 3rd level production support while contributing to the
development and continuous improvement of applications. You will investigate and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore services efficiently, and participate in
shift rotations to ensure stable and reliable production operations.
Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:We are looking for DevOps Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in DevOps engineering. A good understanding of CI/CD pipeline, production support and troubleshooting, application development with software engineering best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience within
Java, MSSQL, OpenShift, Basic Linux, Databases, scripting, and
Python are required. Experience troubleshooting production scenarios with tools and platforms such as
JIRA, Confluence, Dynatrace, Splunk, Windows Server, .net application will be an advantage.
The role requires accountability, proactive, willing to learn, able to analyse and solve problems. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Great TeamHi, my name is Nancy Ling and I'm a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2020, when I took a role as Project Manager in the GO2 team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Senior Project Manager role. In 2025, I moved to a management role, being Team/Solution manager.
