As an DevOps Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in both business analysis and quality assurance, enabling you to effectively gather requirements, develop user stories, and conduct comprehensive testing. Your expertise in product management and testing will help ensure that products meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications.
• Creating and managing user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Designing and executing test cases for unit, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Managing UAT, preparing user guides, and creating interactive materials for end users.
• Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and the technical team to clarify product goals and requirements.
• Maintaining documentation for requirements, test cases, and test results.
• Monitoring project status, identifying risks, and reporting issues.

As aDevOps Analyst, your skills inbusiness analysis,DevOps, andquality assurancewill be essential. Proficiency invarious types of testing, user acceptance testing, and tools likeJIRA,Selenium, and iSpringwill be highly advantageous. A solid understanding ofAgile methodologiesand experience withLinux-based infrastructureandSQLis also desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on DevOps and QA.
• Proficiency in unit, integration, system, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong experience with QA processes, including functional testing and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with UAT management, including preparing user guides and training materials.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and iSpring.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Agile best practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Gaining more hands-on experience in solution support and projects has always fascinated me, so from there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Team Lead role.
