Role Overview

An Azure DevOps is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps practices using Microsoft Azure technologies. This includes enabling CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and fostering collaboration between development and operations teams. The role also extends to supporting and maintaining cloud-native services across platforms such as Amazon EKS and Redis OSS, ensuring high availability and performance.

Core Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipelines: Implement, and maintain build and release pipelines using Azure Pipelines.
• Source Control: Manage code repositories using Azure Repos.
• Agile Project Management: Use Azure Boards for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and issue tracking.
• Testing & Monitoring: Integrate Azure Test Plans and monitoring tools to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce secure deployment practices and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Infrastructure Automation: Automate provisioning using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Cloud Service Support:
• Amazon EKS: Deploy, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS.
• Redis OSS: Configure and manage Redis instances for caching and data persistence.
• Incident & Change Management: Support ticketing workflows and change requests using ServiceNow, aligned with ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps services (e.g. Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines).
• Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Amazon EKS and Redis OSS in production environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident and change management using ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Can Speak Mandarin Language.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
