Clinical Business Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Clinical Business Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role will focus on analyzing clinical data to drive business decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and support healthcare delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

Clinical & Business Workflow Analysis

Engage with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to understand workflows and challenges.

Document business processes, requirements, and system interactions via SOPs, BRDs, and workflow diagrams.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology improvements.

3. Digital Transformation & System Support

Support digital initiatives involving EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, and other healthcare platforms.

Facilitate UAT, user feedback cycles, and change management activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare business analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and clinical workflows.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
