Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Die Attach Technician, located at our facility in Bayan Lepas. The Die Attach Technician will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining die attach equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes. Tasks will include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing regular maintenance, adhering to safety and quality protocols, and collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, particularly related to die attach machinery
  • Technical skills in wafer handling, precision die bonding, and semiconductor assembly processes
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, safety protocols, and RoHS compliance practices
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high product quality
  • Prior experience in an OSAT or semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments
  • Relevant technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing fields is preferred
