We are looking for a strategic leader and team player with a burning passion for creative and web projects, digital marketing, and MarTech. As an Account Manager, you are no longer just a conduit; you are a Business Value Architect. You will take full ownership of client relationships, driving strategic narratives and ensuring agency profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client & Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point-of-contact for assigned accounts, leading and facilitating client meetings, status updates, and strategic presentations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's core business, digital marketing objectives, and target customers to provide informed consultation.
- Bridge communication gaps between departments (Creative, Dev, Media) to ensure smooth hand-overs and unified project delivery.
Brand Stewardship & Strategic Narrative
- Act as the final gatekeeper to ensure campaign execution matches the strategy and brand guidelines promised to the client.
- Lead the development of the Big Idea, including brand positioning, audience personas, and customer journey maps that align with the client's core business model.
- Translate high-level agency and client goals into tactical roadmaps that ensure the working team stays on-brand and on-strategy without confusion.
- Deeply understand and consistently apply brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring the team pushes creative boundaries only where appropriate for the brand(s).
Financial & Operational Excellence
- Manage the profitability of projects by monitoring time-burn versus budget and identifying variances early.
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities based on account status to drive client retention and agency revenue.
Technical Oversight
- Define measurement frameworks (KPIs) and interpret complex data to tell a meaningful story that focuses on business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.
- Act as the final internal gatekeeper to ensure campaign execution matches the strategy promised to the client.
Mentorship & People Development
- Identify skill gaps in junior team members and provide structured coaching to help them develop their skills.
Expectations
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) to facilitate meetings and produce polished briefs and reports.
- The ability to translate technical concepts and complex performance data (GA4, SEO, Media metrics) into valuable business outcomes and actionable insights for clients.
- Ability to adeptly use and leverage digital technologies, including AI tools and project management software
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies for performance marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, web design, UI/UX and web analytics.
Qualifications
- At least 4–5 years of experience in an agency role, with a proven track record of managing complex digital accounts.
- Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
