Who We Want
- A solid background in advertising, marketing or digital, preferably with experience in managing 360 campaigns or digital-first campaigns
- Demonstrated project management skills to manage key project delivery. Understanding cross functional delivery and interdependencies
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required (both internally and externally) and the ability to create and deliver presentations, manage new business proposals, and communicate like a boss.
- Ability to shape and drive direction and activity on a given piece of business; recognizes and advances big ideas
- Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end to end services.
- An active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative, and cooperative work environment
- Action and solution-oriented at all times
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level
- Stay tuned into new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning, as well as participating in HHG coordinated learning activities.
- Develop a detailed understanding of HHG service offering, be able to identify opportunities and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree from a leading university (or equivalent work experience)
- 4+ years of professional Account Management Skills in Digital Agency or related industry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience Leading people
- Strong ability to work independently and remotely from line management
- Strong ability to work with Microsoft Office particularly excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of English (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
