We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Ads Manager who lives and breathes data, optimisation, and results. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and improving paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable growth for clients and the agency.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
- Set up and optimise ad accounts, pixels, and conversion tracking
- Build audience targeting strategies (custom, lookalike, interest, behavioural)
- Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor daily performance and optimise campaigns to improve ROAS and CPL
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Work with the creative team to brief ad creatives (formats, hooks, copy angles)
- Manage ad budgets across multiple client accounts
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
- Support lead generation campaigns for the agency's own marketing efforts
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in paid digital advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of pixel setup, tracking, and conversion events
- Experience managing multiple ad accounts
- Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights
- Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and performance-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
- Experience in e-commerce or catalogue ads
- Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce
- Experience in retargeting and CRM-based audiences
