Work Location: Menara LGB – TTDI – Kuala Lumpur

How will you contribute to the success of FedEx

You will contribute to business success by working in our Digital Business Solutions Department.

You would be supporting the following:

1. Content & Article Migration Support

  • Assist in moving articles and documents from legacy systems to new platforms.
  • Review, format, and update content based on provided guidelines.
  • Identify outdated information, broken links, and formatting issues.
  • Coordinate with content owners to verify accuracy.

2. Project Management Support

  • Organize and track migration tasks across teams.
  • Gather updates and maintain project trackers.
  • Prepare simple progress reports and assist with documentation.

3. Quality Check & Review

  • Perform checks to ensure migrated content is accurate and complete.
  • Flag errors or mismatches and follow up with teams for resolution.
  • Maintain quality checklists and contribute to improvement discussions.

4. Automation Application Development

  • Support creation of automation applications with training and guidance provided.
  • Contribute to efficiency improvements through automation solutions.

Do you have what it takes

  • Undergraduate degree student in Business Admin/IT with 3.50 CPGA and above
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Basic project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and document formatting.
  • Willingness to learn and apply automation tools with guidance.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
