Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's marketing and branding goals.
  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit short- and long-form videos (e.g., educational, promotional, interviews).
  • Create engaging written and visual content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Collaborate with marketing, investment, and product teams to translate financial concepts into audience-friendly formats.
  • Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track and analyze content performance, continuously improving based on insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and social media innovations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in content creation, preferably in financial services, lifestyle, or corporate branding.
  • Strong skills in video shooting and editing (experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
  • Good understanding of digital and social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling flair.
