Are you a passionate about enriching families nationwide through impactful digital content We are seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to join our team asDigital Content Producer. Reporting to the Head of Family Development, this role will:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy to engage target audience, increase brand awareness and drive constituent growth.

2. Collaborate with content specialist and communications teams to create high-quality, informative and engaging digital content for our website and other platforms (apps, social media, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy to expand our digital presence, engage our audience and achieve business goals.

Work closely with internal content specialists to convert existing materials including video and print assets (including Focus on the Family Global) into digital formats that align with current online consumption trends.

Identify and recommend content pieces suitable for monetisation, determining the most effective digital formats and platforms to increase revenue and maximise value.

2.Content Development

Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, infographics and downloadable resources, with a strong focus on optimising content for a digital audience.

Structure, produce and adapt content for diverse formats, from comprehensive digital programmes to concise, topic-based videos (e.g. YouTube, Coursera).

Collaborate with content specialists and communications team to produce high-quality digital assets that meet brand standards and resonate with the target audience

Edit videos to create shorter, engaging clips suitable for online distribution, ensure content is formatted for various digital channels

3. Technical Presentation & Optimisation

Utilise coding skills and web expertise to integrate and present content seamlessly on our website and various platforms, ensuring technical functionality and optimal user experience.

Ensure all digital content is optimised for search engines (SEO) and user-friendly for optimal engagement and reach.

Provide insights into the best platforms and tools for content hosting, distribution and user interaction to enhance content delivery and audience experience.

4. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Track content performance across digital platforms and analyse user feedback to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends, content strategies and technology advancements to ensure our digital content is competitive and innovative.

Based on performance insights, recommend and implement necessary content adjustments or new formats to meet evolving audience needs

Requirements

Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing or any relevant field.

A minimum of four years working experience in digital content production, content strategy or digital marketing.

Proven experience with SEO, content optimisation and video editing.

Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and a strong understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Strong understanding of coding (HTML, CSS) and familiarity with web publishing platforms (WordPress, etc.)

High proficiency in verbal and written English

Medium proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese is an added advantage
