Key Responsibilities
1.Landing Page Strategy & UX-Driven Design
- Design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages in line with UX best practices (clarity, hierarchy, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, load speed).
- Conduct A/B tests on copy, CTAs, layout, and visuals to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement pages using internal web building and testing tools.
2.SEO Strategy & Execution
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to inform content strategy.
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema markup) and ensure content aligns with search intent.
- Track and report on organic performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategy based on data.
3.Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated content campaigns (email sequences, blog series, gated assets, social snippets) to attract and engage target audiences.
- Develop lead-nurturing workflows that guide prospects through the funnel with personalized, value-driven content.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align messaging and create conversion-focused assets (e.g., case studies, demos, webinars).
4.Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, time-on-page, lead conversion rate, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Translate data into actionable insights to refine content strategy, UX, and campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in SEO, UX, and content marketing to maintain competitive advantage.
5.Global Audience Focus
- Ensure content resonates with an international audience by adapting tone, language, and messaging for key markets.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh, innovative, and differentiated.
6.Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as the bridge between content creation and execution teams, working closely with team leads to maximize campaign impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital content strategy, content marketing, or related roles; experience in AI, tech, SaaS, or cloud industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant fields.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (written & verbal) for cross-regional communication.
- Proven track record of developing content strategies that drive measurable results in demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles and the impact of content on user experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, content distribution channels, and performance analytics tools.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, customer-centric language.
- Experience managing content creation teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
