POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Designer will be responsible for designing and maintaining a high-converting user interface for a premier e-commerce website. This role requires a blend of creative vision and technical precision to produce diverse digital assets, including social media content, web banners, and marketing collateral. The Digital Designer needs to be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content. The successful candidate will ensure every visual element aligns with brand standards and supports overarching marketing objectives.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Design on-brand creative solutions
- Design and produce on-brand creative solution for a variety of uses: Digital platform and interactive e-commerce banners, social content, EDM, video, animation, advertisement, mall communication.
Translate creative concepts into visual design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards.
- Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all country platforms.
- Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards in execution of marketing materials.
Use digital design and development tools
- Transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in Multimedia design.
- Proven experience in a professional digital design role and portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
Professional Experience:
- Solid knowledge of design software programs, such Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of Figma / HTML / Spark AR Studio is a plus.
- Ability of produce basic animation and video editing.
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Derive knowledge in digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
