Job Description
As a Digital Experience Lead, you will be developing and executing UI/UX strategies for APAC websites and digital platforms to deliver intuitive, engaging experiences. Also:
- Driving data-driven CRO initiatives using analytics and behavioral insights to boost conversion and retention
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure a unified design language and seamless brand experience across all touchpoints
- Aligning with global UX and analytics teams to adapt and optimise user journeys for regional markets while maintaining global standards
- Managing external agencies and UX partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes
- Integrating onsite experiences with the marketing calendar and ensuring flawless execution across stakeholders
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the Digital Experience Marketing team to foster innovation and excellence
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Applicant Should Come With
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and customer experience strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
