Create comprehensive wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to optimize digital processes and automation workflows.
Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Leverage graphic design expertise to create high-quality visual assets, icons, and marketing collateral that adhere to corporate identity (color, font, layout).
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points in digital products and suggest data-driven revisions.
Maintain and evolve a central Design System/UI Kit to ensure execution speed and consistency across all digital initiatives.
Support graphic design such as photo/video editing or tasks as and when required
1-3 years of experience in a UI/UX role with a strong portfolio showcasing both functional web applications and aesthetic graphic design. (Fresh grads with an exceptional portfolio and AI curiosity are encouraged to apply.)
Proficient in Figma (preferred), or vibe coding tools Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for asset creation.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure designs are developer-ready .
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking to map out complex user journeys and the ability to articulate design logic to stakeholders
AI Mindset: Demonstrate a strong curiosity and understanding on how to utilize AI tools to work faster.
Strong willingness to learn and pick up new skills, familiarize self with business requirements and effort to understand user pain points
