You will be responsible for:
- Developing digital training content, courses and learning journeys
- Enhancing content curation and searchability
- Understanding BSC's regulatory review and approval process across different markets, and making sure content is compliant before it is uploaded
- Uploading content, and maintaining up-to-date content library
- Measuring the performance of content, courses and learning journeys, to collect data and derive insights about the effectiveness of content and the engagement of HCPs
- Owning the administrative management of the LMS, providing technical support and customer service, and participating in the release testing of LMS upgrades
- Embracing technology and understanding external trends to continuously improve content management
- Seeking stakeholders input and collaborating together to fine tune our online HCP engagement strategy and wider digital strategy
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Instructional Design and proficient in using tools such as Articulate 360
- At least 3 years of experience in video editing, with a keen eye for details and visual communication
- At least 3 years of experience in administrating Learning Management System and Microsoft Office
- Passionate about learning, education and solving problems
- Great interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Self-driven, independent, proactive, strong sense of ownership, and works well with remote teams
- Calm under pressure, and capable of handling different tasks, priorities and personalities
- Meticulous, organized, and accountable
- Coachable, curious, and open-minded
- Fluent in English
