Job Responsibilities:
- Creating social media content plans aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute and analyze digital campaigns in line with marketing strategies.
- Crafting engaging content across all social media platforms including writing and editing posts enhancing customer engagement and promoting campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending influencer events.
- Overseeing and growing social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Conducting market research and analyzing social media trends for identifying new marketing opportunities.
- Developing marketing advertising and lead generation strategies to increase followers and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Providing recommendations for optimizing the social media marketing strategy.
- Staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
- Assisting with other marketing-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism communications marketing or a relevant discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese with a deep understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting.
