About the Role

We're looking for aPerformance Marketing Internto support our marketing team in driving online growth, improving campaign performance, and building our brand presence across multiple digital channels. You'll get hands-on experience with real campaigns, learn how marketing works in a fast-moving tech startup, and work closely with the growth and content teams.

If you're passionate about social media, analytics, and creative storytelling, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designeye-catching creativesfor ads and social media
• Assist in planning and runningdigital campaigns(social media, email, SEO, paid ads)
• Create and schedule content for ChatDaddy's social media channels
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and ideas
• Help monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test and improve ad performance

What We're Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proficient in Canva with an eye for design and attention to detail
• Creative thinker who enjoys creating content and visuals for social media and ads
• Eager to learn about digital marketing strategy and performance tracking
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CRM tools
