Job Description
The Social Media Organic associate is responsible for managing performance across social media platforms. This role focuses on social listening, content performance analysis, community insights, and organic growth strategies to strengthen brand engagement and audience connection. You will partner closely with channel managers, content teams, and brand stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of organic social efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Light Adobe Premiere Pro skills
. Responsible for creation of small, simple, rulesbased shortform video edits (e.g., trailers or previews of shows) for use on client's social media channels.
Organic Social Performance & Insights
. Monitor and analyze organic performance across social platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
. Track and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, sentiment, and content effectiveness
. Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
. Support organic strategy optimization through data-backed storytelling and insights
Social Listening & Community Insights
. Conduct social listening to monitor conversations, trends, and audience sentiment using social media management and listening tools
. Identify emerging topics, cultural moments, and audience signals to inform content and engagement strategies
Content & Channel Support
. Partner with Social Media Channel Managers and Content Teams to optimize organic content based on performance insights
. Support content calendaring with data-driven recommendations on formats, timing, and platform best practices
. Ensure organic content follows brand guidelines, platform requirements, and compliance standards
Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration
. Create clear and concise reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing organic social health and performance
. Collaborate with global and regional teams to align organic insights with broader brand and campaign objectives
. Support testing and learning initiatives (e.g., formats, captions, posting times) to improve organic impact
Qualifications & Experience
. At least 1 year experience in social media analytics, organic social media management, or digital marketing
. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and organic performance metrics
. Experience with social listening and management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, or similar
. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
. Experience of Adobe Premiere Pro or very light video editing
. Experience working in a global or multi-market environment
. Familiarity with compliance, brand safety, and reputational monitoring
. Basic understanding of paid vs. organic social performance and how they complement each other
. Bilingual proficiency, English level B2
